All services provided by Crackly Pro Inc. are subject to upfront fees, payable at the start of the service. We offer a 7-day refund policy: if you are not satisfied with our services within 7 days of the payment, you may request a refund. Refund requests after this period will not be entertained.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to the use of our services, both parties agree to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations. If these negotiations fail, the matter shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury.
5. Termination of Services
Crackly Pro Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Failure to pay for services in accordance with the payment terms.
- Violation of these Terms of Service.
- Any other conduct that we determine to be harmful to the company or other users.
Users may also terminate their use of our services at any time by providing notice to Crackly Pro Inc. However, no refunds will be provided outside of the 7-day refund period.
6. Limitations of Liability
Crackly Pro Inc. strives to provide the best possible outcomes for our users. However, you agree that:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
- We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes in our investigations or services, as they are dependent on various factors beyond our control.
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services provided.
7. Modifications to Terms
Crackly Pro Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will automatically apply once updated terms are posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the Dispute Resolution clause above.
